How it works

Lets face it time is precious. Our management agreements and professionalism provide you with peace of mind that allows you to get on with the other priorities of life.

  • Our legal team draw up an agreement for signature once both parties are content to proceed

  • We view your property, agree the specifics of the contract and together decide upon the monthly rent you are to be paid and the term of the contract

  • An upgrade to the property will take place (if required) - in line with the premium listings expected by our clients. We will then manage the property for the term agreed.

  • This is the culmination of the start of a longstanding partnership with LL Couture. You now receive the agreed monthly rental income and have that peace of mind we talked about at the viewing

  • At the end of the contract term, you have the choice of extending your contract with us or you can simply take the property back.

    There is also the option of us purchasing the property if this is something both parties want to consider.
